Donna Collins
Donna has over 35 years of experience in the public
sector serving governmental clients. This includes prior experience with both national and regional accounting firms.
Donna also served four years as Accounting Director for a Central Florida County. Her background encompasses compliance monitoring and reporting, as well as financial reporting. Donna has also worked as a technical reviewer for comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and excels in
presentations and training others.
She is a member of the GFOA,FGFOA, FICPA, and AICPA.
June Lorah
June has over 35 years of accounting experience, with the majority of that time in the public sector serving governmental clients.
She has extensive Single Audit and financial reporting experience and is a reviewer for the GFOA award programs for Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and Popular Annual Financial Reports.
June is a member
of the AICPA, GFOA, FICPA, and FGFOA
Mark Magan
Mark has over 20 years of IT experience, including 10
years as an IT Director.
He is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT) and is a Certified Information Security Manager
(CISM).

He has extensive experience working with Executive
Management to create comprehensive, long-term, strategic IT plans that support the goals and objectives of the organization. He possesses an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies and
focuses on developing business solutions that rely on established, dependable technologies.
